To unlock Survival Mode, complete the single player campaign in its entirety. To unlock Two Player Survival Mode, complete Survival Mode with at least thirty victories.

To unlock Asuma Sensei, you must beat the game with Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji. You must also get Jounin with them in Survival Mode.

To unlock Kasime, beat the game with Jariyah.
Unlockable: Secret Stages
To unlock the Silent Shrine, complete Story Mode in its entirety. To unlock Valley of the End, unlock every character and Silent Shrine.
Unlockable: Minigames
To unlock the Shadow Clones minigame, play the Shuriken Training minigame. To unlock the Rasengan minigame, play the Shadow Clones minigame.
